to ensure that all existing suppliers commit to a traceable and transparent supply chain, as outlined in our enhanced Sustainability Policy
2023, while new suppliers abide by a time-bound commitment.

We have established procedures to check the accuracy of traceability information reported by both direct and
upstream suppliers of Apical, underscoring our dedication to fostering a transparent supply chain. In collaboration
with the Consortium of Resource Experts, we have created a protocol to evaluate the reliability of the data
provided by suppliers.
